Its not working in that way.....
I have MC132KN - and on the list there is Netcom Norway.....
My Iphone is from Danmark!
If you dont sure 100% the operator from iphone is - nobody give you right answer.

Also, I think the information is not correct there (from f0recast); every 3.1.3-device should be jailbreakable right now (with Spirit). But yes, you cannot unlock.
