You guys, I put too much oil in my 96 Honda Scooter 80CC. White fumes

started coming out & it died? I took all the oil out and refilled it for the right amount. I changed the spark plug and let it run. Now, the engine makes a weird noise and the scooter won't accelerate. Also fumes comes out from under my seat. What did I do? Help!
 
Drain out the excess oil to the level it is supposed to be,and replace the spark plug with a new one. That ought to clear it up. Your spark plug is "fouled" means coated with oil and won't fire properly.
