At 16 (20 years ago) i wrote ET 2 a very good story set 5 years after ET where Eliot has been through hell since the events of the first movie, including losing contact with his family, and now free back in the real world, he rediscovers the original radio they built and uses it.. ET comes with more ET's and (havent finished it) they face some grave emergency.
"A True Animal Reunion: Animal House 2": this was a few years ago. I did a college reunion setup with everyone still alive (cast members) no recasts, where old friends and enemies are meeting at Faber College for a reunion. However a wealthy businessman plans to tear down Faber and friends and enemies of old must join forces in a Delta House style battle against him.
Back to the Future: For all Time... This is one i just started recently. Marty and his best friend prepare to bury the long missing Doc Brown when they discover the original flux capacitor drawing and decide to build a new time machine. Instead of a glorious future they find chaos, destruction, and death. Doc Brown informs them that something in their time travels had destroyed the future. This time time travel has no rules, they must be broken, as Marty, his family and others must join in a around the Timeline of travel adventure.
What have you done?
He was locked away in a lab under government control...
His family moved on.
His mother remarried, his brother... i havent decided his fate.. i think i originally had him dead.. his sister, just like Drew Barrymore would go on to do prostitution and drugs.
