You are a high school teacher. You are discussing religions (in general). One student protests that you are being biased against the Islamic faith. What do you say/do? Why? Be specific!
 
Why are you teaching religions in the first place? Unless you have a comparitive religion class, that's not really allowed. And if it is a comparitive religions class, you explain to the student that their religion is one of many superstitions, and it's not specical just because they happen to believe it - nor is Buddism, Hinduism, or Christianity. In a comparitive religions class, they all come over sounding like myths.
