You all time top 3 movies

1. Back to the Future - a much cleverer film than given credit for.

2. The Empire Strikes Back - the film that really developed the Jedi lore.

3. Die Hard - great stuff

Only 3 - damn that's hard

How do you compare Bladerunner / The Nightmare Before Christmas / Toy Story / Aladdin / Shawshank Redemption / Monty Python and the Holy Grail / Star Wars / Lord of the Rings / Terminator / Alien / The Full Monty / Hot Fuzz

You pick 3

In no particular order:

Bad Boys
City of God
The Mask

I think you are in a minority there mate :D The last half hour during the "reveal" is just genius

My three

1. Raiders of the Lost Ark
2. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
3. The Shawshank Redemption :D

It's difficult for a film to force it's way into a Top 10, let alone a Top 3, in the year it's released.

For example The Dark Knight might well get there eventually (I do really like it) but it's got 20 years worth of Bladerunner re-viewings to get past (for example)

1. Jaws
2. The Empire Strikes Back
3. Rocky/Duel/The Warriors/Dirty Harry:o - It all starts getting tricky after the first two, which permanently hog the top two places in my all-time top 10. Sorry.

No. It's the third one, I think!

;)

Thought of more to add to the list. Once again couldn't limit myself to just three choices.

Fatal attraction
Frightnight
Brighton Rock
Jawbreaker
Death becomes her
Fear
