Yet another question about the stimulus package in Australia?

In the year 2007-2008 tax year, I only had to pay 12 dollars in tax, which was obviously already taken from my paychecks.

Am I still eligible for the tax bonus?
I earnt no where near 80 000 dollars, but I'm just not sure about when it says " you are eligible for the bonus, if your Adjusted tax liability is greater than zero"

Please I know this sounds stupid, but I'm New to the taxes and finance scene, and have no idea how it all works.
