Yet another problem with hotsynch and TX

Mt Tx is suddenly hanging on Synching. It gets to
Synchronizing MBln-MRIndex and it stops. I tried to do a hard reset adn then resynch. No dice, it stops at the same place
Anyone know what this program is and what I should do?

This file should be backed up in the backup directory on the desktop. I don't have it on the T5 so it's probably tied to some program you've added?

I'd say delete the file from the handheld and allow the hotsync to hopefully continue.


A quick tour of the net reveals that this file might be an old reference to the memos database of an OS4 device.

If you have a Card backup program - do a full backup to it and then delete that errant file and then try all of your programs. If you need to restore - then you've got it handy on the card.

I use Resco Backup for such issues.

I guess I shyould have thought to look on the net to see what the files are. I backed up, hard reset and then restored with NVBAckup, all works again althought the files are still on the TX. Should it happen again I will remove them as you suggested
