Yesterday My dad was changing the oscar fish's tank and he accidently dropped him?

His mouth bled a little but he seemed okay. he's a big fish and we've had him for a long time.
and today i noticed that the side that he fell on the eye is swollen, but the other seems normally okay. it seems like he can move it and stuff.
what should i do and will he become blind?
