With "Finding Nemo," I always assued Pixar was trying to rub it in our faces that it's, to them and Disney, the greatest animated movie ever made. (I don't think so.)
I imagine if a new Brad Bird-directed Pixar movie were coming out, we'd get "From the creators of 'The Incredibles' and 'Ratatouille'" or something like that.
Besides, I heard rumors Pixar may be experimenting with 2D animation more (they are already planning a short that will be in 2D animation).
BUT... with Pixar's next films planning to be "Cars 2" and "Monsters Inc. 2," could it be that the studio will finally have a downfall of some sort? (i.e. not performing well at box-office, or being dissed by critics, or being lower-quality overall)
