yes or no to screen protector for Nokia 5800

A friend told me to have my 5800-XpressMusic be placed with screen protector. However, I am concerned to the effect it would bring to my 5800 as it is very sensitive to touch or contact. Should I follow my friend's advice for screen protector or not?
