I would like to know what the process is for batch cooking. I know to cook a meal and let it cool then divide it and put in the frezzer but thats wher i get lost....ive looked all over the net and honestly think im missing something as i just dont get it....do i have to take it out the day before to defrost? (if so this is no good as its defeating the point)....for arguments sake say i made a curry and it was in a plastic container would i remove it from that and put it in what and what is the safest way for reheating....thank you to anyone able to help a very confused woman lol
