Yes, I am having a problem with my 2004 dodge stratus?

Yes, i just bought a 2004 dodge stratus with 58,000 miles and i am having some problems with it. I just got it two weeks ago and now when your stoppped on at red light or something the wheel/gas pedal shakes and when you have the ac on both shake very very bad. You can see the wheel shaking . And when i am braking or when i am slowing down the car jerks forward and the rpm shoots up 500 or so. What could be wrong with it and how much would it cost?
 
this could be a number of things from a simple tune up to some sort of fuel problem you will get a bunch of suggestions on here but to be safe let a shop find out what is. somethings are just hard to figure out with out diagnosing it on hand.
 
Warped rotors and bad mounts. As far as an estimate, It would be save to say between 150-750 dollars. I'd use a little commom sense and take it to a shop and have it checked by a professional and get an accurate estimate.
