Yellow and Green bell pepper recipe?

i bought by mistake yellow and green bell pepper, i don't need them for what i am planning to cook this week,but since i already got them i need a quick and easy recipe to use them ....got one?

they work well in salads, fried with sausages for subs, chopped fine and added to meatloaf, stuffed with ground beef and rice for stuffed peppers, sliced and dipped in ranch dressing for a snack....

possibilities are endless for peppers!

this is called chicken w/ peppers
some white wine
some peppers( of any color)
some cut up chicken
some butter
some tamatos
some salt & pepper
some rice to serve w/
then melt butter in pan/cut chicken cook in same pan w/butter/ add peppers+tomatos+wine and simmer and make rice serve rice first then sauce/chicken w/ peppers on top of rice
