returned from emergency leave..? here is how it happened. I was supposed to go on mid tour leave in june from the 15th to the 28th, im married blessed with 2 little girls and jsut had my 3rd. she was born premature on june 5th i got home on june 9th. they made me sign a paper saying this would be the only leave i could take which is understandable.. but i thought my emergency leave would be from the 9th through the 15th and then my regular rnr 15th through the 28th. my daughter was in the NICU.. with pnuemonia and respitory problems i spent my whole time in the hospital with her. i sent 2 red cross messages. they finally contacted me on fathers day to tell me it was declined..? how awesome is that. the military is so great let me tell you. so now im back in this shit hole... i missed my mother coming home which i woulda seen her if i kept my original rnr i woulda got to see her, she was coming home from bagram afganistan.. so i missed seeing her.. i dont see how they can do this to people.. do any prior military people have any ideas that could help me by chance?
 
Look for someone with stars on their chest and explain it to them. It's most likely not going to happen, but if you can find someone with sympathy they might try to have it happen.

Good luck over there brother, half way done! Just look at it this way, when you come back ill be in afghanistan, which is a way bigger shithole than iraq. just enjoy that chai :)
