I'm actually happy it's coming....i just fucked up some shit and I've always found hurricanes to be fun....except the part where people die...that part isn't fun....but all the wind and rain and thunder and lightning i enjoy!

u live in florida? ur lucky. if i had the time id head down there, ive never seen a hurricane personally and i love death+destruction, especially at that kind of large scale... houses flying, cows swirling, cars flipping, trees uprooting...i love it

edit: dont tell me ur gona hide under your bed, head out to a nice lightpole in a good location, smash out the glass and set up a climberstand on top. be sure to film everything

well mabey not the cows, but houses do fly and cars do flip and trees do get uprooted in hurricanes. if u watched the news for even 1 minute after hurricane florence(i think) a few days ago, ud know.

I do know. Been there done that. I geht hurricanes where I live. And in traveling, I also got the opportunity to experience two tornado's and an earthquake aftershock.
Natural forces are an awsome thing.

I was just north of "The big earthquake" ground zero in California a few years ago. That shook everything right down to the roots.

I remember riding a bike and not being able to keep my balance during the after shocks...

It was actually near there that I felt this aftershock. I was in San Jose. I was at a customer's site in the Server room. There was me, and my partner, and three of the guys that worked there. We were discussing Which DLCI's were to be assigned to which hosts on their WAN when it hit. It was not at all like I had expected it would be. Instead of side-to-side, the floor slowly undulated up and down like standing on a trampoline and someone next to you jumps. Felt like I was moving like a foot or so in travel, but hard to tell as everything was moving. It lasted like 8 or 10 seconds. Funny shit though. The guys that lived there just paused briefly then went on talking. Me and bobby, just looked at each other.
