yawning needing air

if you are on medication (SSRI) sometimes that is a side effect. I got that with lexapro and celexa. If you arent on anything, I dont know!
 
rasheta, I had this problem all the time, until I started taking ssri's. It has been a blessing for me, because I always felt like I was gasping for air, very frustrating. It is definetly a symptom of anxiety, at least for me anyway. Are you taking any medication now?
 
I experienced that while weaning onto Effexor...in my experience, it did go away after awhile.
