Yasmin and Acne

Does anyone know how long I should stay on this thing? I've been on it for one month. I am seeing results in terms of clearing my acne, but the side effects are like WOW! I'd prefer to come off it ASAP.
Also, will my acne return if I come off it? I really need some guidance here cause I'm sick of it.
 
i've been on yasmin for two months now n really no major side effects.....but i feel like it's not helping my skin at all- it actually feels like i'm jus gaining weight which is very frustrating. if you're having really severe side effects talk to your doctor he/she should no what's best or be able to tell u if the side effects will go away. i heard that acne does return after you go off the pill but if your doctor prescribes a different pill it may not make a difference. different kinRAB of birth control have different kind of effects with people's bodies. talk 2 your doctor n maybe he/she can prescribe a new pill. hope you feel better soon!

All I can say is my daughter felt like this at first. After a year she says she feels completely normal. Either that or she is just used to feeling the way she does on this pill. I know the results she has gotten is worth whatever she went through.
 
Yeah, I agree. I went on Yasmin and felt SOOO nauseus and horrible for the first month or two. Now, my skin is much clearer. It's actually amazing. Also the side effects that are really bad the first month get much better. Sex drive should get significantly better, dizziness, etc. all go away. At least they did for me. Good luck :)
 
I've been taking Yasmin for two weeks and so for my skin have not cleared and I feel pregnant everyday and I'm tired all day. How long does this feeling last?
