yamaha YHT-493BL , good package?

Ive seen this in best buy and was curious if the price of 349 was a good price for this package. I dont know a whole lot about home theatre but it sounded ok in the store. Im just glad i can hook up my ps3,xbox and wii to it. if u have it or know anyone who has it any reviews would help
