Me and my family just recently purchased a Yamaha VX 11 last year around September. We took it out to drive once and then winter came around so we stored it in our storage
Now summers back and me and my girlfriend want to take it out. We wanted to get it serviced before we took it out and when we called the dealer we bought it from. they said it would take 2 weeks. With college finals coming up, me and my gf don't have many spare weekends.
SO i was wondering Since 1.) its brand new and has 1.1 miles on it. Is it ok to take it out for about 2 hours and then take it in to be serviced. The only thing in it that I am concerned about is gas since its 7 months old.
I have started it up 3 times in the storage and it starts just fine with no warning lights.
But if i could just get a confirmation that its OK to take it out for a few hours without having to worry about the engine blowing up that be awesome. Thanks!
