shortly after using my old tire 
my clutch used to catch in the middle of releasing now its catching when almost completely extended what can i do to fix this?
i have adjusted the cable but in order for it to catch near the middle it doesn't fully retract due to the cable being loose it still seems to catch fine just not where it used to
