the bike has averaged approx 2+k per year the mileage isnt bad what you need to consider is the price , condition of the bike etc. if the bike has been hammered you will know by the tyres how they wear, how the engine runs and idles, worn handle bar grips, but on the whole just by the mileage alone sounds to me like its used as a dry weather bike if your still not sure compare the prices with other bikes and if you do buy it, take some one with you who knows a bit about bikes, let them give it a once over, hope this helps
