yamaha oil cooled atv overheating?

i have a 99 wolverine 350 4x4 that overheats. it has no pull power and has a top speed of about 35mph. I need any help that i can get.
overheats as soon as the enigine starts up, it does not backfire. has top speed of about 35mph, has no pull power. Help me, please
 
The engine is probably worn out and requires a rebuild - piston & rings.
Engines don't last forever - especially off road,
It doesn't have any power because it's worn out.
It's overheating because you're reving the crap out of it to move.
