This 4 wheeler is claimed to be locked up, It is off the bike the starter is burned up,It is shaft drive.So my question is how to you tell if it is locked up ? I took the starter out and you can stick your finger in the hole and it will spin,But it only spins one way,Is this normal?I took the spark plug out and it is very rusty,And that is as far as i got,Maybe i can take the crank case cover off and spin it over with a socket to see if it is locked up,Or does anyone know a better way,I have no way of trying to start it because the motor is no longer on the bike.
