Yamaha Graded Soft Touch?

You should look for the yamaha hammer graded action to get the grand piano feel. You can find it on the yamaha YPG-635/DGX-630. Soft touch likely means that it's touch sensitive but has hollow plastic keys that feel like a real keyboard.
 
What does this mean?? Does it feel like a real acoustic piano?? What should I look for in a Digital Piano to have a real piano feel?
