Yamaha DT-175 won't idle no matter what carburetor adjustments I do.?

Hey guys,
I recently picked up a two stroke 1981 Yamaha DT-175 I found on craigslist. She starts after a few kicks, however, no matter what combination of adjustments I perform on the pilot air screw and the idle adjustment knob, I can't get her to idle without stalling with the throttle all the way down. Is there anything I may be doing incorrect with the carburetor adjustment or any other problems on the bike that may be causing such an issue?

Thanks,
Vaughan

Carb needs COMPLETE re-build and the small tiny idle jet and other very tiny circuits un-gummed...plus all adjustments and choke reset by a good carburetor man... Then it will purr like a kitten. guaranteed.
