yamaha brake lines or brake upgrade?

I have a yamaha fazer 600 2001 I want to upgrade my brakes ive just fitted brand new gold pads to the front and reaer but still would like more from them i have been thinking about changing to stainless steel brakelines would this improve the performance if not what else is available many thanks
 
The Fazer has the blue spot one piece calipers which were first used on the Thunderace & Thundercat models. These brakes are famous for their power and feel, and are still used today on the latest performance Yams. I really doubt that you need to upgrade them. Providing the fluid is changed every two years and the calipers are kept clean and fitted with good quality pads you should have all the braking performance could possibly need.
