hi there can any one help me please i got a aerox 100cc i rebuilt it myself as it was not a runner which i bought a new barral and pisston i did run it in when i first fitted it. its done 2000 miles on it now and now im discovering a problem with it my oil pump is constirly open as i cant seem to get hold of a spring for it its been running fine until a few days ago i took it for a ride as normal parked it up i went into my m8s house for a hour or 2 got on it and started it as i went to pull away it started to splutter and backfire and no power got it home in the end. i thought what's wrong with it now. i striped it and checked my spark plug and it was coved in oil so i wiped it put my panels back on and it was working fine again but after 3 miles of riding not constance it hapend again so i brought a new spark plug and works again but i took it out and it wont start now does any one know on the oil pump where the cable goes there's a seamy circle what angle should i put it ? on full half way or little bit? it does avrage 55 mph got a leovince exhauset on it plus i upjeted it a little not mutch it has been pickling my brain right out lol
thanks for your reply what ratio oil shoud i put into my tank? the only way to get 1 of thos springs is to buy a new oil pump witch is a bit pricey i rang car machics bike manchics lots but i cant find 1 at all thanks for your help
ok m8 thanks thats a relly gd idear m8 cheers but i cant get the thing started i rebult the engine 2000 mile ago i put a new spark plug in it its got a spark and fuel is entering the chamber but its not starting at all only a spluter i cleaned the carbereter do you know wat may be the problem ? i think i blown a hole in the piston but im unsure at the mo because its at my uncles house at the mo im geting it delivered to my house hopefully soon so i can striped the engine down to c wats wrong with it thanks for your help m8 can i add you please
