Anyone seen any difference with the yahoo email folders when pushed to your device? I finally was able to get my yahoo mail on my bb without having to have an upgraded account with yahoo and even better, when the folders were pushed to my curve I got these nifty icons...bb's are getting more personalized every day. I rarely use my yahoo accounts but with the new look that's sure about to change. I'm so easy to please lol
 
Yeah, I got the nifty looking folder.... And then, the next morning it was back to the old icon... Weird stuff my friend...... Did you get mutiple folders downloaded to the phone? (But there are some nifty new options on the bis and under email options )
 
rcbjr ^^ i assume you mean from one email folder to another from the email app menu? there is no option for me; either within 'messages' or within the specific mail folder
 
How do i set up my pearl to do the email push from yahoo? I havent been able to figure that out yet, and I'd kind of like to get it

two ways

1 log into your tmobile account on your PC and go to blackberry email. and add it.

2 on your home screen is icon labeled set up internet email, hit that and go from there.

forgot to mention you need to have a data plan.
 
jkai, when you use the setup internet email app on your bb and add your yahoo mail account you should resend your service books and maybe even do a reboot of your phone.

i'm not understanding what you're missing if you did what Kayos said??

the email should then be registered with thebnetwork and you should see the nifty little Y! icon on your yahoo email folder. after that you should be receiving your emails on your BB.

I dont even know how to update it, I have other people do it for me, lol.
