Yahoo small business email won't sync

I just got the incredible and my yahoo small business email won't sync, I need to know how to find the right server settings
 
Based on a quick Google, I found this thread: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=323113

Post #8 in there gives the server settings:

Incoming: imap.mail.yahoo.com
Username: your email address hosted by yahoo
Outgoing Host: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com
Outgoing Port: 25
 
The type of phone doesn't matter, it's the server details you need, which would be the same on any phone, PC, Mac, etc.

So if you use those details, what happens? Do you get an error message? If so what does it say? Are you selecting IMAP or POP3? The above server is for IMAP.
 
I tried in using seven and it gave me an error message:

mail test failed due to unknown error. check your malbox settings

so I tried the regular mailbox and it gave me an error message:

cannot connect to the mail server to verify your account information. Your server is not responding.
