Yahoo or Outlook express email address to BB

I just got a 7230 and am behind the curve learning about it. Can I export my email addresses from either yahoo or outlook express to the BB, and if so, how?

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~i believe that you can use the dm to sync with outlook express, I don't recall which other programs it can sync with, but there are different ones, hope that helps
