Yahoo chat room locking?

I frequent some of the yahoo chatrooms.And I know of one of the users who is filling the room with names(personal bot names.you know the thing captcha is suppose to be pervent?Riiiiiiight)and kicking people out with a booter that he doesnt want in there and only letting the people "he" wants in.This person has openly admitted he is doing this.I know after a few days those bots being in the room,get banned by yahooHowever,he takes them out afterawhile.But, the fact of the matter is.No one owns those rooms and no one who isn't a worker of yahoo should be moderating who can and can not access t he room especially by means that go against yahoo's own policy.They have no right.How does one actually make yahoo aware of this problem and others.Ya know instead of the whole "fill out a report letter that will more than likely never be looked at anyway."
I didn't ask about enabling voice.I asked about a flooding problem.glad to see you ready my question.fail
 
Once you get into the room you want, at the top of the window, you'll see "Actions" click there, scroll down to "Enable Voice Chat" and click there.

Now you're microphone is enabled.
