y i m not able to access Imvironment,photo sharing etc for some of friends in

chat window? in chat window of yahoo msnger 9, for som of my frnd, i m not able to have options of imvrnment,photo sharing, audible etc.

and for other frnds i have all the options enable.

can anyone tell me how to fix this??
 
They may be chatting using either web messenger or the chat feature available in yahoo mail, so those features would not be available in either of those
