my 2002 dodge neon key swith wont turn all the way i bought a new battery ,starter ,key cylnder,a ignition swicth and it still wont start.ill turn the key and the dash lights come on and the fuel pump comes on and thats it can any one help me ??? i called dodge but they were no help they siad will u would have to bring it to us an im thinking if it ran i would lol but if any thins they can help please hit me up .
y dose my dodge neon swicth have no spring action in the key?
