y doesn,t my baby walk outdoors?

my baby has been walking real well for about 3 weeks now , but if i try to get her to walk outdoors or in shops she just wants to crawl , y does she do this x

there is a lot of distractions when out and about so it is hard for them to concentrate souly on walking

has she been walking on her own or does she use props to keep her balance? because if she holds stuff while she's walking maybe there's nothing convenient for her like that outside.

hm... maybe she is not used to the ground feel or something.. prefers carpets or whatever XD
