y do people whine and cry bout ps3 price?

i just saw a vdieo and article that sony is suppose to dropp the price by $100, because people from guitar hero said they might not make the game for ps3 in 2010 and 2011. i paid $625 or so for my 60gb ps3 2 years ago and im not complainning at all cuz the machine is great, u get ur moneys worth for it, i was a lil pissed off cuz when i got it the next day sony dropped the price by $100. but ohh well. do people actually know that sony is losing money when they make/sell the ps3?? i'm not a fanboy or against xbox i perfer ps3, i wouldnt mind gettin the 360 after i saw the "natal" game coming out for it. but for all ps3 owners who read this and bout the system for $499 and up r u complaining bout the price that u paid for? thanks cant wait the answers
 
i don't complain the price because it is not expensive for ehat you're getting
if my ps3 broke i would buy another one without hesitating and i feel that sony shouldn't drop the price because it is good for what you're getting

People are complaining because $400 is still a lot for a game console that's been out for almost 3 years. And in case you haven't noticed, the PS3 hasn't exactly been a hit. Yes it's sales have been decent, but it's a fraction of the 360 and Wii sales. So that's why game developers are threatening to drop support for the PS3 unless they lower the price.

Sony is no longer the "King" of game consoles like they were in the PS2 era.
 
I got mine at the begining, so I paid a lot more than what they cost now, but it's been worth every penny. I think they are a bargain for what you get, also, they do everything out of the box, no extra things to buy, or clutter to put up with:)
 
Well I am not sure but if You ever saw the News maybe you could see that the US economy sucks right now.That the reason I think it isn't selling well.I mean japan and Europe both have a better economy and ps3 sells almost the same as the 360.Many people in the US don't have time to buy a ps3 with blu-ray player and 1080i graphics when they can get a wii cheaper with motion sensing games.

But Yeah I don't complain I mean I have a ps3 so I am not cheap.
