just seen the new movie called xXx, not out over here yet, but when it comes out , i urge you to go see it.
stars vin diesel.
go see this film when released.
lots of stunts and explosions.
it a bit of a long film though.

and ps, didnt you think it was a bit of a lame no brainer film? Is that diesel bloke going to be the new arnold swarzanegger? (ie just does big action / no plot movies :))
 
it was a pointless story but still a good film.
he was brill in fast and the furious.
bloody film forum.
there is no point to it as nobody goes there.
there is no point asking questions when the question you ask gos into the forum that nobody gos in!!!!!!

Like it or not, other people seem to manage to use the film forum without problems. Your point that "nobody goes in" is ridiculous; especially since you participate in other threaRAB here. Now please, just use the appropriate forum and stop creating extra work for the staff? :)

whenever i go in to THIS forum i am always the only one here!!!!
if i want to ask a question about a film or anything else, no-one can answer it as it isnt a popular forum.
i go in everyday, how many people use this forum everyday?
 
How odd, I can see at least 2 other people in here now (16:55). I'm not going to get into a silly argument with you. The fact is, film threaRAB belong in this forum. If you don't like it, tough; they'll get moved here anyway - and I've asked 2 times now for you to follow the convention.

If you want to continue this, take it to [email protected] rather than disrupting this thread further.

Hmmm,

I thought it was ok, it passed the time on anyway. The quality of the download (both pic+sound) is excellent when I put it thru the DivX player.
 
xXx was probably the worst film i've seen...
poor acting...
awful stereotyping...
really bad script...
the direction was ok... but nothing to write home about....

at least the suite of PCs for effects was kept to a minimum
 
Not seen it but looks like a good popcorn flick, I dont expect the best Oscar winning performance from any one but hey Its Vin ;)
Not released until 18th October in this country so we have some time wait yet

BTW I check this Forum everyday so :p

Hm. I dont think ill see this one, especially since James Bond is coming out soon.. I'll stick to The Fast And The Furious and Pitch Black as my fav Vin films. :)
 
Vin Diesel is one of my favourite actors and i thought this film was actually very good. Remined me of Under Seige, which i also like a lot.
 
Havent seen XxX yet, could download it but have decided against it because I want to see it on the big screen first. It was absolutely huge in the US when I was over there in August, Vin Diesel was everywhere! But can someone answer me why there is such a HUGE delay in its release date over here, there appears to be no reason for it, especially when films like Austin Powers 3 got a simultaneous US and UK release.
 
It's cheaper.

A distributor might make 3000 or so prints for the cinemas in the US, and show them from august till the start of october. Then they collect them up, clean them and ship them over to the UK for the launch here, saving the cost of another 2000 or so prints.
 
I saw it when it came out here.

If you like action. enjoy it.
If you like a complex plot, give it a miss.

Saying that, I thought it was light fun with some serious stunts and worth watching.
