what cable do you use? The original Data cable for USB?
And what version is your Siemens S65?
How did you perform the procedure? (turning phone on, off...)

Hi,

i'm new and not a real specialist in pc and mobile phone. i have a locked s65. after starting the exe program an error message apears: unable to open com port. i don't know what to do. who can help me?!

I have 2 different softwares
1. it says when it starts that this software is protected by unreg.... of SVKP and afterwords it starts and when connecting the phone (on or off) then it says failed to penetrate Dima nad nothing more

2. it starts without any warning.... and when trying to do the job it says failed to get phone data...


anybody have a solution
