Xx Dvd Soon Xxx

Good riddance to the sh!test online retailer I ever had the misfortune to use. Used them twice and on both occasions they took over a month to send me my DVD even though it was listed as in stock.

They held onto the customers money so that they could make money out of the interest.
 
Yesterday I got this e mail, seems the company has been taken over, I won't hold my breath. I have to agree at how slow deliveries were in general.

Dear Sir / Madam;

As of Monday December 12th, Canadian Distribution Services will begin to process
all pending orders.

If you still wish to receive your products please do not modify your order and we
will complete your order as soon as possible.

However, if you no longer wish to receive your order please cancel your order
as soon as possible so that we may avoid any inconveniences.

You can cancel your order at your leisure by logging in to your account and opening
the order located under the pending tab. Once there you will be presented with your
order details. At the end of the details you will locate a red cancellation button.
Simply click on this button to cancel the order.

Tiger, did you pay by credit card or debit card ?
If you paid by credit card, you should be able to claim the money back from your CC company if you don't get the DVD.
 
I probably used debit card which won't be covered. It's not the end of the world !!
Unfortunately all operations that were suspended and were the
responsibility of 9086 - 8316 Qu
