I had pretty much decided that I wanted a Blackberry - specifically the 7100 series from Verizon (about 98% sure I'll be with Verizon) - so today I went in to play with it a little, and let my wife look at some "standard" phones.
I was drawn to the 6700, but I didn't play with it much (I should have).
Can anyone give me some honest comparisons? My feeling is that the BlackBerry would be rock solid, and the 6700 would have some issues - are the extra "goodies" the 6700 gives worth the headaches it would probably give? It's kind of like one of them only does a few things, but does them very well, the other does a bunch of stuff, but doesn't do anything exceptionally well - that is the feeling I get - how close to correct is that?
How are they as PHONES? Voice quality, signal strength, etc?
I'm so confused, a simple flip phone and seperate PDA looks better all the time...
