xv6700 losing mms settings after re-boot

Please if you know something I don't let me know. I've searched the forums the best I could and found nothing.

I've got mms and wap working fine but every time I need to re-set the phone BAM! all my settings are gone and I have to re-enter everything and most the time I have to hard-reset and lose all settings and programs.. :confused:

please please please help me..lol

When you hard reset and you get the message that "Customizations will install in X seconRAB," hit the soft reset button.
 
CELLKEEPER has a lot of hate obviously!!! There is something happening on Cricket's backend because Treo's first started having a problem and now 6700's as well.

You must make sure that AFTER you do a HARD RESET that you soft reset before it installs the OEM stuff (you'll see the message on the screen about installing ** seconRAB).

Make sure that in EPST that under MIP profiles you only have 1 instead of 6.

I'm running into problems with 6700's and MMS problems (both sending and recieving) and I've tripled checked everything. I'm in San Diego and maybe it's a market issue.
 
im in louisville, ky and the same thing here. although i must add, the 5 other phones i have on my plan(wife, employees, etc.) arent having any issues what so ever and they are all cricket branded motorola/kyocera (non pda or flashed) phones.
