XV-6700 Problems

got a verizon 6700 from a friend....and everytime i turn it on it wont go past the verizon startup screen...the one that gives you the radio version and rom version....is there anyway to get this phone back up and running...i have already tried flashing a factory rom....and a custom rom

What does it do when you start it up?

goes to the verizon start up screen....then freezes

try flashing the stock rom to the phone from verizon or utstarcoms website. then try har resetting it and if not that leave the battery out of the phonie for a few hours.
