1 From the Xperia 10 Home screen, tap the applications bar.
2 Tap Settings > SD card & phone storage > Factory data reset > Reset phone.
3 Enter your screen unlock pattern.
4 Tap Erase everything.
Done! Now, You can reset your Xperia X10 to its factory default settings.

he said (via seus) that mean flash ur x10 with original sony Ericson's software online. and phone will be removed after flashing. or setool 3 will help u without flashing. few second.

1-Turn off your Sony Ericsson Xperia
2-Remove the battry and replace it back in
3-Press anda hold down the left and right silver buttons just under the screen
4-With the stylus,press in the hole on the right side of tehe battery
5-After 10 seconds,you will be prompted to press the R key on your silide-ou keyboard
6-If successful press the Space Key on your slide-out keyboard to finalise changes

1. Go to Home | Omnius register and download omnius
2. Fire it up and enter your username and password in settings
3. Connect phone end of cable into handset (handset switched off)
4. Select x10 from handset drop down list
5. Select unlock from top options in Omnius
6. Hold back button on Handset and connect PC end of cablee to PC/Laptop.

unlock code too many times and I am now locked out of my phone. Unfortunately I can't remember the original password on my google account to reactivate the screen that is saying "too many pattern attempts!" Please Help!
