Xmas Special with a Teddy and a Doll

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

"There's a Christmas movie that had a talking Teddy Bear with a bow tie and a doll as the main characters. They were abandoned or something. There was also like a talking dog. Does anyone know what movie I'm talking about? i remember them being trapped in a basement that starts flooding at one point.."
 
It does sound familiar to me... I think I remember seeing this film in the third grade... Sadly, I have no idea what it was called though so I can't help ya there...
 
Nope, but that is another one I forgot about.

The one i'm referring to has 2 toys wandering around a city trying to find new owners for most of the movie. At one point they get fixed by this random toy guy. I remember a talking dog getting them sausages or something..
 
I believe you are correct.

Too bad that unless I order it online from some obscure dvd place I'm probably never going to see it again. I remember some channel airing it on TV not too long ago..
