Xbox Live game download question?

I want to buy Bioshock from Xbox Live, but I don't know if it will only work with the account I downloaded it on or will it stay on my 360 no matter what account I use? (I ask this because I had to make a second account when I bought my 360 today, and I wanted to take advantage of the 1 month gold trial.)
