Soon it's gonna be 3 weeks and there is absolutely no indication that they even started working on it. On the website it still says waiting for device at service center even though it arrived 2.5 weeks ago (I called and the guy said it arrived on the 3rd).
Is this a usual wait or should I be worried? I tried calling but they keep telling me they are not sure.
Will it be back soon? Im so bored, and my friends want to come over and play.
