xbox 360 not reading DVD movies or Games, just CDs?

It says reading for about 6 to 30 seconds then it says
open tray" This happened last saturday, i was playing guitar hero, then i went to play COD5 beta, then after about 6 hours later, i wanted to play some halo, so i took out the gh3 disc and put the halo disc in, then this happened. About 2 hours ago, i was opening and closing the disc tray to see if something happened, then out of nowhere it say unplayable disc. I already called xbox costumer support, their useless
