xbox 360 e 74 error!!!?

recently today i turn my 360 on, 1 red light appeared, on the right bottom of the circle, on the screen it say e 74 error. so whenever i have ANY av cable plugged into my 360 it turn to the 1 red ring. when i turn it off, remove the av cable, turn it on again the 360 is normal. so basicallyits impossible to play the 360. i found some tricks to make it work so i did. so when i did make it work, the 360 have some crappy resolution, like an old tv with a bad attenae,basically like a static channel that show some of the dashboard. it happen to my old 360 av cable that came with the 360 pro and the new 1 i bought from madcatz(lol). so whats the problem here? is it something wrong with the inside of the 360 thats not letting the av cable work properlym because im sending it in to get it repaired :'(.
 
Your best bet is to go to the Xbox website because they have a list of all the errors and why they occur. Here is a website with all the information hope it helps.
