xbox 360 3 red lights flashing?

It means that your xbox is broken. Contact microsoft and if your xbox is less than 3 years old they will fix it for free.

when i turned on the xbox 360 it didnt come on but showing 3 red lights flashing error. i did tried to unplug it and plug it back like reset and it still doesnt work.. i was told by my friend that i need power adapter but i wasnt too sure cuz when it was off of coursethe power adapter is yellow but when i turned it on the power adapter was green while xbox 360 console is still remain 3 red lights flashing. it's cannot be power adapter right?

what do i need to get replacement? or do i need to send it to get it fixed?

go to xbox.com and register your console its broken but they will fix it for free. you could also get there number and call in. it takes 2 to 3 weeks after you send it in til u get it back
