xanax vs klonpin

2 questions...

1) does the mg's equate? like is .5 mgs of xanax the same strength as .5 of klonopin? for instance, paxil at 25mgs is like zoloft at 100....

2) if you have tried both what do you feel is the difference?

id have to check a pdr - my guess even if close they do not exactly. Next i would never ask for such advice on this board - because it involves prescribing and dosing. but if you ask me i prefer klonipin's action over xanax - and also prefer valium as well. but xanax is prefered for taking during sleep cycle. id never take for waking states.
 
Hi..i would call the pharmacy and ask...They would be able to tell ya.....I take xanax and have had no problem...I take them during the day and at night.....
