X65 empty board flashing, how to?

I have sl65 empty flash chip (replaced), how to make it work with papuas and other free soft...
I know that imei must match in bootcore and eprom, but what programs and procedure to use??

Lets make howto...

check pause
-new bcore
generate vklay or x65flasher loader and write a fubu to this device
then make a unlock

or u use the AllBugSGold procedure
 
use martech best box in siemens
flash firmware + eeprom + bootcore
repair imei
unlock all locks
all done tested
 
Forget Martech!
Use PapuaUtils v.0.7.9.f and make freeze using this method (At IMEI, you will put a good new IMEI number)!
After freeze, use a full flash (FuBu from another phone) and this method!
After this two procedures, flash a good original FLEX.
